How to access the internet in WiJungle?

I have purchased and activated the WiJungle U20 appliance but i can’t access the internet. Please tell me the steps to access the internet

how to access the internet through wijungle?

There are 4 authentication method available on wijungle through
which you can access the internet

A) Clientless Method

This method is also called IP whitelisting

Step 1) In Clientless Method first you have to create the
user group by going to the User Management section

Step 2) Click on ADD GROUP

Step 3) Select the Clientless Group to provide a relevant name
and add different policies (if require ).
or you can also select a default
clientless group which already exist in wijungle

Step 4) After that you have to go to
network section->More Utility -> clientless device

Step 5) Select the clientless group which you have created

Step 6) Add the IP range you want to Bypass
(you can also select single IP )

Step 7) Click on save

Now you can access the Internet

2) Mac Whitelist

Step 1) In Mac Whitelist method first you have to create a
user group by going on the User Management section

Step 2) Click on add group

Step 3) Select Mac bypass Group

Step 4) Provide the name, select the allowed location
you can also apply different policies

Step 5) Then you have to go to
network section->More Utility -> Mac wlist

Step 6) Select the MACbypass group

Step 7) Add the mac address you want to give access to the internet

Step 8) Click on save

Enjoy the internet !!!

3) Fixed user

Most probably the Fixed user Authentication is used to
authenticate the member of the organization

Step 1) In Fixed user method firstly you have to create the
User group by going on the User Management section

Step 2) Click on add group

Step 3) Select the Normal user

Step 4) Provide a name to the group

Step 5) Select Fixed user in “Select Type”

Step 6) Choose the captive portal and you can also
add different policies

Step 7) Click on save

Step 8) Now you have to create the credential of the
the person you want to give them access to the internet
by going on
User Management section -> Fixed user

Step 9) Click on ADD

Step10) Then create the credentials of the user

Step11) Click on add

Now the user has to enter the username and password
which admin created to access the Internet.

4)Roaming User

Roaming user method is used when the user is not
a part of the organization
(like a guest in a hotel or using public wifi)

Step 1) In Roaming User method first you have to create a
user group by going on
User management -> user group

Step 2) Click on add group

Step 3) Select a normal user

Step 4) Provide the name to the group

Step 5) Then in “select type” choose Roaming user

Step 6) Choose the captive portal, there are different types
of captive portal available for the Roaming user

Step 7) Then you have to select the allowed location
and you can also add the different policies
(if exist)

Step 8) Select the User Auto Logout Time and
Simultaneous Logins

Step 9) Click on save

Now the user can access the Internet through the
captive portals
