To create Fixed user group Follow the Steps as below
Step 1) First go to the User management section
Step 2) Select User management -> User group
Step 3) Click on “ADD GROUP”
Step 4) Select the Normal User Group
Step 5) Provide a Relevant name and Description(optional)
Step 6) Select the Fixed user in “Select Type”
Step 7) Now select the PORTAL LOCATIONS
(In PORTAL LOCATIONS you have to choose the Location
(ports or VLANs) on which you want to show the fixed user
captive portal most probably you want to apply it on staff
location but you can choose as per your preference)Step 8) Allowed location: if the above user roams in this location can he access the internet or not
Step 9) Select the Bandwidth Policy
Step10) Select the Filtering Policy
Step11) Select the SSL Policy
Step12) Choose a number for Simultaneous Logins(how many user can
access through single ID) or select UnlimitedStep13) Add Group to PPTP Enable (if you want to use the VPN)
Step14) In Session InActivity provide the time and
Data transfer threshold
( This option is used when admin want to kick the
ideal user )Step15) In Daily Logout provide the time and Min User Session Time
(This option is used when admin want to kick user at
specific time and want to set specific session time)Step16) Select Authentication Server
(you can select the local DB or organization authentication server
such as active directory or radius server )Step17) Click on Save

To create Fix user Follow the Steps as below

Step 3) Click on ADD
Step 4) Provide the UserID ,Name ,Password,Email(optional)
,DOB(optional),Mobile No.(Optional)Step 5) Add MAC Address (optional)
(This option is used when the admin wants to bind the
MAC address to Specific User)Step 6) Select the User group
Step 7) Select device Type
Step 8) Select OS(Operating System )
Step 9) Add User to PPTP (use VPN for a specific user)(optional)
Step10) Session InActivity (For Specific User)(optional)
Step11) Enable Individual Policy(For Specific User)(optional)
(If you set the Individual policy then the group policy
won’t be applicable)
for Ex: Suppose Admin made a group policy for the
student group so that every student get 5 Mbps speed
but there is a student, Rahul who have a different
requirement, he needed 20 Mbps for a school project so
admin can also set a specific policy. In this case every
student in the student group will get 5mbps but
Rahul will get 20 MbpsStep12) Enable Concurrent Logins (For Specific User)(optional)
Step13) Enable Auto Expiry
(This option is used when the admin want to delete the
Fixed user entry automatically. admin can set specific
time or date )Step14) Click on ADD
Note: you can also Import the fixed user By click on import
but the file should be in .csv format and wijungle also
provide the feature to download the fixed user by clicking
on the export option, you can download it in pdf and CSV format
