NOTE: keyword filtering only works on HTTP websites and DNS Queries though it won’t work on HTTPS websites
To create a Keyword filtering policy follow the steps below:
1)First, you need to go on the Content Filtering section
2)Click on keyword filtering
3)Click on ADD KEYWORD CATEGORY
4)Provide the Category name
5) Type the Keyword you want to filter
(you can also type multiple keywords but separate them with a comma)
6)Click on ADD
Now our category is ready we can make policy now
7)Click on ADD KEYWORD POLICY
Provide the name and starting and end time
(admin can start and end the policy at a specific time of the day)
8))Click on ADD
9) Now you will see categories which you created
(you can click on the checkbox to include the categories and you
can also select the starting and end time)
10)Click on APPLY
Now that your Keyword policy is ready now you have to create filtering policy
11)Go to Content Filtering / Filtering Policy
12)provide the policy name
13)Select the keyword policy which created
14)Click on CREATE
Now that your filter policy is ready, you can apply it on the group
