I have enabled many web filtering categories in my web policy.
But now i am not able to download any mail attachement.
Please help what to do

Please follow the below procedure:
1. Go to Web Filetering->Logs
2. Search your username/name/ip etc
3. check which all websites are blocked and note down which all you want to unblock
usually you have to unblock “*.googleusercontent.com” domain
4. Add Exception->Choose Manual->Add above domains
5. Open your web policy->add above exception
