Multi-factor authentication is an authentication method in which a user or device is granted access only after successfully providing two or more verification to an authentication mechanism.

WiJungle supports multiple HW/SW verification channels like SMS, Email, Google Authenticator, Authy etc. which can be enabled for User as well Admin access to resources.

To enable the access for Users, kindly follow the below steps:
1. Navigate to User Management->User Groups
2. Click on Add/Edit User Group Button
3. Enable MFA and select verification channels and services
4. Click on Save/Update button to activate the policy

To enable the access for Admins/Subadmins, kindly follow the below steps:
1. Navigate to System Management->More Utility->Child Admin
2. Click on Add/Edit Child Admin Button
3. Enable MFA and select verification channels
4. Click on Save/Update button to activate the policy
