WiJungle supports many predefined sites for Web Mail & Chat Attributes. Since a lot of websites are using SSL Encryption in them, Deep packet inspection needs to be enabled & client needs to install the WiJungle CA certificates in their respective machines.

Steps to follow are as follows if signature is already present:
1. Navigate to Content Filtering -> Application Filtering
2. Search Category for e.g. Gmail
3. Select signature Gmail Header/Hangout & Fill the info
4. Add this signature in to Application Policy
5. Apply this policy into Filtering Policy to apply to the users.

Steps to follow are as follows if signature is not present in the appliance:
1. Navigate to Content Filtering -> Application Filtering
2. Click on Add Application Category
3. Fill Signature Name, Category, Risk Type,Technology & Other Info
4. Select Match Opeation Type [And/Or] depending upon the requirement
5. Select Host & Other headers as per the requirement
6. Add this signature in to Application Policy
7. Apply this policy into Filtering Policy to apply to the users.

To create custom URL categories follow the below procedure:
1. Navigate to Content Filtering -> Web Filtering
2. Click on Add Web Category
3. Fill Name, description and type
4. Add your manual URL’s either complete url or in regex format.
5. Press save
6. Add this category in your respective Web Policy
7. Apply this policy into Filtering Policy to apply to the users.
